Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.

DealPage offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed via your Apple ID. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Subscription prices may change with notice; existing subscribers retain their current price until the next renewal period.

You retain ownership of all proposals, client data, and content you create using DealPage. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display your proposals to the recipients you specify via shareable links.

When you share a proposal via DealPage, anyone with the link can view it. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients. Proposals are not indexed by search engines. We collect anonymized analytics when proposals are viewed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use DealPage for fraudulent proposals, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

DealPage is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the outcome of any proposals, contracts, or business relationships facilitated through the platform. DealPage is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice regarding proposals or contracts. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings in the app, which will permanently remove all your data. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your Apple ID settings before deleting your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of DealPage after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
