Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name, and the content of proposals you create. We also collect usage data including proposal view analytics (anonymized viewer IP addresses, time spent, sections viewed) to provide our engagement tracking features.

We use collected data to provide and maintain the Service, notify you about proposal engagement, process transactions, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

When someone views a proposal shared via DealPage, we collect limited analytics data: time spent on the page, which sections were viewed, and an anonymized device identifier. IP addresses are partially masked (last two octets replaced) and are not stored in full. We do not use cookies for tracking proposal viewers.

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (Sign In with Apple). Each service has its own privacy policy governing your data.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us. Upon deletion, all proposals, client data, and analytics are permanently removed within 30 days.
